Andrew S. Ullucci has counseled individuals and businesses on a wide variety of legal matters. Andy has negotiated and drafted corporate transactions and documents of all kinds, from simple corporate formation documents to complex asset purchase and other types of agreements. In addition to advising businesses, Andy routinely works with individuals and families to arrange their estates and ease the burden on loved ones when they pass.
Prior to founding this firm, Andy represented companies involved in the construction industry and medical and health care fields. In addition to his litigation and transactional background, Andy has spent a significant amount of time utilizing alternative dispute resolution, where appropriate, to secure the results clients sought at lower cost.
Andy attended law school at Washington University in St. Louis. While there, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rodney Sippel of the United States District Court. He also was Articles Editor for the Washington University Global Studies Law Review.
Andy is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
